Mannequin Pussy have recorded a Tiny Desk Concert for NPR Music. The band played “I Don’t Know You”, “Split Me Open”, and “Loud Bark” from their 2024 album I Got Heaven along with “Romantic” from their 2016 album of the same name. Check out the video below.

Hunx and His Punx have announced that they will be releasing a new 7-inch. It is called The Punkettes and will be out on May 29 via Get Better Records. The record features two songs, “Dead To Me” and “Strange Town Where Men Aren’t Wanted”. “Dead To Me” has been released. Hunx and His Punx released their album Walk Out On This World in 2025. Bouncing Souls have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Born To Be and will be out on June 26. The album features ten tracks, including their previously released singles “Power” and “United”. The band has also released a lyric video for their new song “The Light”. Bouncing Souls will be touring North America starting in the summer and running into next year, which will see them playing songs from the new album along with tracks from Maniacal Laughter, How I Spent My Summer Vacation, and The Gold Record. The Suicide Machines will be joining them on all dates and will be playing Destruction by Definition in full. Death By Stereo, The Drowns, Strike Anywhere, Human Issue, The Flatliners, The Jack Knives, The Aggrolites, and Dead Bars will be joining them on select dates. Terror have released a video for their new song “Fear the Panic” which features guest vocals from Chuck Ragan of Hot Water Music. The video was directed by Derek Rathbun. The song is off their upcoming album Still Suffer which will be out on April 24 via Flatspot Records. Tillsonburg, Ontario-based music festival Buddies Fest has announced its lineup for this year. ALL, Joe Pernice, All My Senses, Kepi Ghoulie, Audio Visceral, Last Drag, BA Johnston, Mikey Erg, Ben Nichols, Rusty, Chixdiggit, Seth Anderson, Chuck Coles, Spells, Cory Branan, The Anti-Queens, Danbert Nobacon, The McBains, Doc Hopper, The OBGMs, Derek Zanetti, The Slow Death, Drag The River, UltraBomb, Wheatus, Fast Eddie, and Where’s Shane will be playing the festival. Buddies Fest will take place August 7-9, 2026 at The Mill Inn and Eatery, Paddy’s Underground, and The Copper Mug in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
The Rock and Roll Hall of fame has announced the 2026 class induction. Joy Division / New Order (as one band), Billy idol, Wu-Tang Clan, Irpon Maiden, Sade, Phil Collins, Luther Vandross, Oasis will all be accepted into the rock Hall later this year. Mariah Carey, Jeff Buckley, Lauryn Hill, the Black Crowes, Shakira, and P!nk were all nominated but did not make the cut. Billy Idol and Joy Divison were previous nominated but did not get in during previous years. The induction ceremony is set for November 14 in Los Angeles via ABC.
