Dying Wish have released a video for their new song “Watch My Promise Die”. The video was directed and edited by Anthony Altamura. The song is off their recently announced album Symptoms of Survival which will be out on November 3 via SharpTone Records. Dying Wish released their album Fragments of a Bitter Memory in 2021. Open City sign to Get Better Records, announce sophomore album

Open City, the band made up of Dan Yemin of Paint It Black, Andy Nelson of Ceremony, Rachel Rubino of Bridge & Tunnel, and Chris Wilson of Titus Andronicus, have announced their signing to Get Better Records. The band has also announced that they will be releasing their sophomore album (which was produced by Arthur Rizk) on the label called Hands In The Honey Jar which will be out on October 6. The lead single “Return Your Stolen Property Is Theft” is out now. Open City released their self-titled album, Open City in 2017. Check out the song and tracklist below.

Anti-Flag's Justin Sane releases statement, denies sexual assault claims, Band responds

Late last week, Anti-Flag deleted all of the social media without explanation. The band's patreon stated that the band is no more. Several bands signed to A-F records, Anti-Flag's record label, severed ties with the label. The reason given by these bands was that they believed that Anti-Flag singer Justin Sane had sexually assaulted a woman. This stemmed from the latest episode of the enough. podcast wherein a woman stated that she was sexually assaulted by an unnamed popular punk musician. Many listeners, including bands associated with A-F records, believed the unnamed musician was Justin Sane. Late last night, Justin Sane released a statement denying the claims. He also stated that Anti9-Flag is indeed over. Further, the remaining members of Anti-Flag also released a statement. The Anti-Flag statement confirms that the band is disbanding. The statements, while separate, were released at the same time and in tandem. you can read both statements, in full, below.
