Pre-Pre Fest and Pre-Fest has announced their lineups for this year. Brendan Kelly, Chris Farren, Cadillac Blindside, Kerosene Heights, Good Friend, Debt Neglector, Teens In Trouble, 0 Miles Per Hour, and Sam Russo will be playing both dates. Pre-Pre Fest will take place at Wills Pub, Lil Indies, and Framework Coffee in Orlando, Florida on October 22 and will feature The Kilograms, The Raging Nathans, and Nightmarathons. Pre-Fest will take place at the Backyard and Palomino Pool Hall in Gainesville, Florida on October 23 and will feature Rebuilder, GILT, and Feversleep. Check out the poster below.

Earlier this month Irish post-punks M(h)aol released their excellent second album Something Soft. Along with being the band’s first full-length release since becoming a trio, the album is also a celebration of experimentation which finds the band exploring a heavier, more urgent sound. The eleven tracks also showcase the band’s lyrical prowess as they tackle gender expectations (especially in music), talk about intersectional feminism, tear apart the soulless nature of consumerism, delve into digital life, and pay tribute to beloved pets. On May 28, Protest The Hero played Lee’s Palace in Toronto, Ontario. Boys Night Out and Cigar Club opened the show. Protest the Hero released Palimpsest and Fabula and Syuzhet in 2020. Our photographer Stephen McGill was there to capture all the action. Check out his photos below! 

AJJ have announced a full band US tour for this summer. Pacing will be joining them on all dates. The tour will begin on August 7 in El Paso, Texas and will wrap up on August 28 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. AJJ released Good Luck Everybody in 2020. Check out the dates below.
