P.I.L. to tour UK/Ireland summer 2025

Public Image Limited will tour UK and Ireland in summer 2025. The fairly extended trek kicks off late May in the UK and runs all over Great Britain and Ireland. the jaunt lasts until Mid August and the band says more dates will be announced. It's dubbed "This is not the last tour." You can see the dates below.

Peter Murphy of Bauhaus, Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Iggy Pop band to play Bowie tributes in EU

The David Bowie tribute ensemble, Celebrating David Bowie, is rising again, following a series of canceled USA shows from a couple of years ago. The new iteration again features Peter Murphy of Bauhaus on lead vocals. Joining Murphy is Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Kevin Armstrong, Ben Ellis, and Mat Hector (each of Iggy Pop's band), and Ron D of the Joe Bonamossa band. The tour runs through Europe/UK in early January 2025. The band will be playing tracks from across Bowie's entire career. You can see the dates below.

Tours: My Chemical Romance announce 'Long Live The Black Parade' North American tour

The mystery has been solved! After posting a cryptic message teasing something on social media yesterday, My Chemical Romance have announced a North American stadium tour for summer and fall 2025 where they will be celebrating the 17th anniversary of The Black Parade. Each show will feature a different opener including Pixies, Garbage, Devo, IDLES, Thursday, Death Cab For Cutie, and Violent Femmes. Tickets go on sale on November 15. Videos: Kills Birds: "Behind"

Los Angeles-based Kills Birds have released a video for their new song “Behind”. The video was directed by Brandon Sommerhalder. The song is their first since signing with Lucky Number and will be on their upcoming EP which is due out in the spring. Kills Birds released their album Married in 2021. Check out the video below.

Alexisonfire and Underoath have announced Australian tour dates for March. Underoath will be playing their 2004 album They’re Only Chasing Safety in full along with an encore set each night. GEL will be joining them on all dates. Alexisonfire released their album Otherness in 2022. Underoath released their album Voyeurist in 2022. Check out the dates below.

Sunrot and Body Void to release split record

Sunrot and Body Void have announced that they will be releasing a split record. It will be out on November 20 which is Trans Day of Remembrance and all proceeds from digital sales will be donated to Black Trans Liberation . The split features three tracks from Sunrot, “Still Burning”, “Shapeshifter”, and “Kill The Cop” along with two tracks from Body Void called “Assimilation System” and “Crown of Fire”. The album art was created by Ethan McCarthy, Christopher Eustaquio, and Jesse Draxler. Sunrot released their album The Unfailing Rope in 2023. Body Void released their album Atrocity Machine in 2023.
