Index release debut single

Index, the new hardcore punk band made up of Alan Creedon and Alex Lichtenauer, both formerly of Control Top, have released their debut single. It is called “Cellophane” and is available digitally via Get Better Records. Check out the song below.

Videos: Panic Shack: "grin and bear it"

Panic Shack have released a video for their new song “grin and bear it”. The video was directed and produced by the band and edited by Ren Faulkner. The song is a standalone single and is available digitally now via Brace Yourself Records. Panic Shack will be touring North America with Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter in September and released their self-titled album in 2025. Check out the video below.

Snag to release new album, share "Debilitated"

Snag have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called All The Cages Holding Us Will One Day Turn To Dust and will be out on July 10 via Deathwish Inc.. The band has also released a new song called “Debilitated”. Snag released their live album Curses. in 2024 and released their split with Coma Regalia, MMXXIII in 2023. Pinhead Gunpowder reunites for tour

Pinhead Gunpowder is back… for a tour. The tour runs through October and November and finds the band hitting both coasts, and a few other dates, including a couple of Canadian stops. The openers are = Night Shop for midwest and east coast dates and Constant Insult for west coast. Tickets go on sale tomorrow. You can see the dates below.

Ink Bomb release video for "Rome Is Burning (again)"

Nijmegen-based Ink Bomb have released a video for their new song “Rome Is Burning (again)”. The video features live footage filmed at Willemeen in Arnhem, Netherlands by Edwin Willemsen, along with footage shot by the band. It was edited by Quirijn Foeken. The song is available digitally now along with “Rerun”. Ink Bomb released their album Saudade in 2024. Check out the video below.

TeethOut and Straight On Til Morning to release split

PEI punk rockers TeethOut and New Brunswick-based punk band Straight On Til Morning have announced that they will be releasing a split record. It’s called Straight x Teeth and features two songs by TeethOut, “For Your Life” and “Tonight”, along with one song by Straight On Til Morning called “All 4 Nothing Pt. 2”. A video for “Tonight” has also been released which was filmed by Maverick MacLeod and edited by Brandon Doyle. Straight x Teeth will be out on June 12 via High End Denim Records, Punk Rock Radar, and Engineer Records. The artwork was created by Kaelina of Get Kraken Designs. Check out the video below.

Ecca Vandal has released a video for “VERTICAL WORLDS”. The video was directed by Ecca Vandal and edited by Richie Buxton. The song is off her upcoming album LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW which will be out on May 22. Ecca Vandal released her self-titled album in 2017. Check out the video below.

Interviews: Douglas Robinson of Held. talks the band's debut album

Held. is the new trio with Douglas and Sal from The Sleeping and Josh from Coheed and Cambria/ The band mergers metal with post-punk and some avant-garde experimentation.
