New York-based hardcore band Grey Area is back with a brand new single titled "You and I", the first new material in over a decade. The single is the first single from their upcoming new album, titled Silence, which was recorded by Arik Victor and is currently streaming courtesy of Creep Records.

Parlophone is going to release a collection of some of David Bowie's earliest recordings. The Shel Tamy Recordings wwere cut in 1965 with producer Shel Talmy (The Kinks / The Who, etc). The record includes the various backing bands for Bowie at the time: Davie Jones and the Lower Third, Davie Jones, and The Mannish Boys which features Jimmy Page on guitar. The CD version has 10 bonus tracks of unreleased material. That's out September 18.
