Festivals & Events: Saetia, Incendiary, Petrol Girls, Xiao, more to play Core. Festival 2026

Glasgow-based Core. Festival has announced its lineup for this year. Saetia, Incendiary, Petrol Girls, Taqbir, Xiao, Bratakus, Bathed In Sin, Canny See, Thrown Away, Pig Destroyer, Eyehategod, Wormrot, Raging Speedhorn, Machukha, Rwake, Cwfen, Maud The Moth, Gout, L, Unmaking, Big Farmer, Obsidian Sand, and Electric Sun Defence will be playing the festival. More bands will be announced in the coming months. Core. Festival will take place on November 13-15 around several venues in Glasgow, Scotland including The Art School, Nice N Sleazy, and Garnethill Multicultural Centre.

Blackwater Holylight: "Fade"

Blackwater Holylight have released a new song called “Fade”. The song is off their upcoming album Not Here Not Gone which will be out on January 30 via Suicide Squeeze Records. lackwater Holylight will be touring the US starting in February and will be touring Europe, including playing Roadburn Festival, in the spring. The band released their EP If You Only Knew in 2025 and released their album Silence/Motion in 2021. Check out the song below.

Tours: Pro Wrestling The Band announce winter tour (ON and QC)

Pro Wrestling The Band have announced tour dates around Ontario and Quebec for this winter. The band will be playing in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Niagara Falls, and Hamilton. Pro Wrestling The Band released Falling In Love With Pro Wrestling The Band in 2025. Check out the dates below.

Prints release new EP

Bozeman, MT band Prints include Operation ivy's Dave Mello on drums. They recently release a new digital EP, which you can hear below.

Sprints cover Le Tigre

Sprints have released a cover of “Deceptacon” by Le Tigre. The cover comes along with a lyric video which was created by Jonny Sanders of Pre-human along with photos by Tom Ham. The cover is available now via City Slang and Sub Pop Records. Sprints begin their tour of North America tomorrow and will be touring Europe in March. The band released their album All That Is Over in 2025. Check out the video below.

Tours: Bikini Kill announce US tour

Bikini Kill have announced that they will be heading out on a tour of the US. The tour begins on September 6 in Portland, Oregon and wraps up on September 25 in Brooklyn, New York. Tickets go on sale on January 30. Bikini Kill will be headlining Mosswood Meltdown in Oakland, California on July 19. Check out the dates below.

New Bedford's finest punk band A Wilhelm Scream released their second single called "Let It Ride", see below. The single will be released along with their previously released song "Midnight Ghost" on their upcoming 6th LP titled Cheap Heat via Creator-Destructor Records on February 27th.

Alice Cooper has announced a Spring tour. The trek is called "Alice's Attic" finds him hitting Texas, the south, and a little bit of the East Coast. You can see the dates below.

Toronto-based punk rockers High Home have released a new song. It is called “Rosie” and is off their upcoming debut full-length album which will be out later this year. High Home released their EP Teenage Summer in 2018. Check out the song below.
